DL501 0B5 Mechatronic Transmission Filter Set ensures the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil inside the mechatronic unit, contributing to the proper and safe operation of the system. The filter set effectively removes metal particles, dirt and deposits from the oil, protecting the valve body, solenoids and precise hydraulic channels.

The valve filter (N433, N434, N437 and N438) is designed to maintain the cleanliness of the oil in the hydraulic circuits of the clutch solenoid valves inside the mechatronic unit. These filters retain dirt, deposits and metal particles in the system, preventing the solenoid valves from clogging and loss of performance.

The DL501 solenoid valve filter is designed to provide a seal at the connection points of the clutch solenoid valves inside the mechatronic unit. This seal helps maintain hydraulic pressure and prevents oil leakage, supporting the proper and stable operation of the clutch solenoid valves.

Clean oil circulation allows for stable hydraulic pressure, smooth gear changes and a long service life of the mechatronic unit. Clogged or worn mechatronic filters can restrict oil flow, cause pressure loss, performance degradation and increase the risk of failure.
